  | Halal/穆斯林友善餐廳 1.餐點為全部Halal者為Halal餐廳，可提供部分Halal菜單者為穆斯林友善餐廳。 1.A restaurant that serves only Halal meals is considered a Halal restaurant, while a restaurant offering a partial Halal menu is considered a Muslim-friendly restaurant. 2.申請友善餐廳者，廚房，廚具、餐具等需要區隔並貼上標示，因為貴單位還是會有非Halal的餐點。 2.For those applying for Muslim-friendly restaurant certification, the kitchen, cooking utensils, and tableware must be separated and clearly labeled, as the establishment may still offer non-Halal dishes. 3.申請Halal餐廳或廚房者則不用區隔，因為全店的食材原物料都是穆斯林可以吃的食品飲料。 3.For those applying for Halal restaurant or kitchen certification, no separation is required, as all ingredients and raw materials used in the establishment are Halal for Muslims. 4.餐廳內的洗手間需要加裝沖洗噴頭或免治馬桶。 4.The restaurant’s restrooms must be equipped with a bidet or a washlet toilet. 5.須提供一份中英文的Halal菜單。 5.A bilingual Halal menu (in Chinese and English) must be provided. |
